TYPHOON® CHASSIS

The Typhoon cab features a rugged design with superior ride and handling. The aluminum cab is built with heavy wall extrusions and 3/16" plate for walls, floor, roof and doors for maximum durability. Classic style with modern refinements, the Typhoon cab provides excellent visibility for the driver and crew with its low profile dash, radial sweep wipers, one piece door glass and a reduced profile interior air-conditioning system. Built to last, the Typhoon C-frame chassis has galvanized powder-coated rails and Geomet ® coated hardware for corrosion resistance.

CYCLONE® CHASSIS

The Cyclone cab features a built-in roll cage cab design. The cab is constructed with four-sided seamless extrusions interlocked and welded to 3/16" aluminum plating on the floors, rear walls, side walls, doors, door skins and roof. The cab roof supports more than five (5) times the NFPA/SAE requirements. It is built with all-welded construction with no adhesives, formed panels or fiberglass nose. Numerous options are available including full length or barrier doors, airbags, severe duty interior and G4™ Electronic Stability Control to name a few.

QUEST® CHASSIS

The Quest cab is designed to be stronger, more spacious, comfortable and ergonomic with an expansive 3728 square inches of front windshield for increased visibility as well as offering a robust option set to meet your department's storage and performance needs. From the tread plate aluminum roof to the extruded lattice sub-frame, the Quest has been engineered to be the benchmark in custom chassis construction.

Each E-ONE cab is designed and built with a structural cage design to provide maximum protection and comfort for firefighters. Structural extrusions including sub-frames, a full wishbone frame rail, center uprights and crossbeam extrusions are engineered for optimum performance. The perimeter skin material is made of 3/16" aluminum-alloy sheet for added strength, including the doors.
