The Anne Arundel County Fire Department has three (3) new Ferrara 3000-gallon tankers. They are on a Freightliner M2 112 chassis powered by Detroit DD13 470 HP motor with Allison EVS 4000 transmissions. Features include a Hale 1250 GPM Pump, cross-lays, front bumper LDH discharge, two four-inch (4") fireman's friend rear tank fills, electric dump chutes on both sides and rear, Whelen emergency lighting, Federal Q siren, and FireTech Hi-Viz scene lighting and many other options!
